Registration

Before you can use the KI-Morph platform, you need to register for the services running KI-Morph.

Prelude - Access Restrictions

Due to legal and financial reasons, access to the infrastructure, on which the KI-Morph platform is running, is restricted. In order to access it you need to be able to access SDS@HD. This is currently only possible if you satisfy one of the following requirements:

If you want to create a storage project in SDS yourself
To be more precise you have to be associated with one of the bwIDM institutions. you need to be a member of one of the universities and research institutions Baden-Württemberg.
If you are not a member of one of these institutions
but you are a member one of the institutions listed on this page and have a collaboration with a member of one of the bwIDM institutions, you can also join an existing SDS@HD project of your collaborator.

If you do not satisfy one of these requirements unfortunately you cannot use KI-Morph at the moment.

Typically done only by the leader of a scientific work group or the senior scientist of a research group/collaboration. Any amount of co-workers can join your SV without having to register another project.

Your own high school or university has to grant you the permission to start an own SDS@hd Storageproject ("SDS@hd SV entitlement"). Each university has their own procedure.

For more details about the SDS@hd entitlements you can take a look at the SDS@hd Website If you register your own SV, you will be:

  • held accountable for the co-workers in the SV
  • asked to provide information for the two reports required by the DFG for their funding of SDS@hd
  • likely asked for a contribution to a future DFG grant proposal for an extension of the storage system in your area of research.
